A little information about Hertfordshire
When we think of clay roof tiles, we just envisage tiles on the actual roof of a property. However, a good deal of properties make good use of clay tiles in more areas than just the roof.
Many properties have upper portions of their walls clad in vertically placed clay tiles. Openings for windows are lined with lead flashings and the lower portions of the property are either brickwork or pebble dash finish.
